@julia_zemiro I remember when I was a kid, if I ever got up too early I would sit perplexed in front of the TV, wondering why 80s-themed ‘Aerobics Oz’ was playing rather than ‘Cheez TV’ with new episodes of ‘Pokémon’. The perils of Channel Ten before 7:00 am… anyway, aerobics looks like fun!
