@Tegan_Writes @QueensDroneAge Ahhh thanks for the link! I recall all of the recent stuff about the company and JobKeeper, but missed this bizarre behaviour on Twitter. A nice round-up of it!

@Tegan_Writes @QueensDroneAge Loving the ‘Harvey Norman blocked’ screenshot on the desktop 😁

If you’ve ever wondered what happens to old (scrap) steel—whether from cars, building or appliances—then check out this video about how it’s recycled to make new things.

Hmmm I could easily turn @HemisphericPod into a never-ending discussion about things like this—keen for a punctuation chat, @andrewcanion? 😂 t.co/INz2hsyIY6

@Alcedine I love its criss-crossing steps! Very curious too!

@mattokine Thanks, brilliant! We’ll have a squiz! (We’ve got the song stuck in family members’ heads too.) All the best for the shows!

25 Nov 2021

@mattokine By the way, beyond my nerdy references, our seven-month-old loves ‘Baby Hand Clap’. (So do we!!!)

@superdavey @andrewcanion @HemisphericPod I’m thrilled to read this!!!

@natashakandilas @mattokine Indeedy I did! Perhaps the Machines decided to spare us from our untimely end in the simulation, as they required further thermal energy to fuel their colonisation of Earth beyond the original confines of 01.

This is one of my fave episodes of #HemisphericViews so far; thanks to One Prime Plus subscriber @dsh1705 for the great question that fuelled the chat. Hilarious to see how little we’ve changed! (The clip is from the start, as we took advantage of @andrewcanion leaving the mic.) twitter.com/HemisphericPod…

@Pixelgabz @HemisphericPod This is great and full of lovely little details. It’s wonderful to have a piece about family for #NostalgicNovember, so thanks, @Pixelgabz! As I’m sure that you’ve gathered, Thanksgiving doesn’t exist in Australia, but every year on Twitter I see pieces that arouse curiosity.

Here’s another little entry for our #NostalgicNovember @HemisphericPod: receiving and flicking through catalogues when you have a ‘no junk mail’ sign displayed. We almost never get them now but I’m glad that we did this time! It was nice to sit and look at paper. t.co/1DWeut2GL…

@KateMfD Ha, I’ve known for a long time that I’m annoying. 😜 Could you read the article though? (paywall)

Listen to the latest episode of #HemisphericViews! During the show, we consider how different people consume the #podcast. If you enjoy the show and listen to it in a certain place or at a specific time, let me, @andrewcanion or @HemisphericPod know! 🙂 twitter.com/HemisphericPod…

@lukebuckmaster I admire the effort that goes into the MCU but I’m not drawn to watch it—repetitive, confusing and too interwoven. To me, The Matrix did transmedia better (+earlier) with film as the core and more texts to extend the story for those who want them—not needing them to understand.

@robn @HemisphericPod A pleasure to have you!
