@bearmccreary No joke, if all of the music in the world were destroyed but I were allowed to keep one selection, your work on #BattlestarGalactica would be my choice.

Check out the latest #HemisphericViews episode—another #HVmini! Jason, @andrewcanion and I analyse the functional and aesthetic choices that listener Craig has made in setting up his desk. This image gives you a little peek at it; follow the link below to discover the rest. 😀 twitter.com/HemisphericPod… t.co/t2SBlLn4x…
@Alcedine I know!!! It’s great that alternatives exist for people who can’t or don’t want to consume dairy, however the number of nuts and amount of water needed to produce this must be astronomical.
Following the nut discussion on #atpfm, here is a frightening display, @siracusa: brain juice next to a great nut liquified and ruined. t.co/qyVL5A5JQ…
@hotdogsladies This awesome band provided the soundtrack for every family holiday and road trip that I ever had. Love them!
@Alcedine So kind!!! We have a lot of fun making it.
@Alcedine Also thanks for being an active follower of the podcast haha… I’m sure that you hear enough about it already. 😂
@Alcedine Ah gotcha… that makes sense now. You’d love the kookaburras here then.
@Alcedine I absolutely love the cover/banner image on your profile!
@EggFreckles The coolest computer ever made
@lukebuckmaster I agree with you! In conversations that I’ve generally had with Americans, they love to cite lawsuits that depended entirely on the confusion surrounding the presence or absence of an Oxford comma. 😂
@SpinningIndie Thanks for following! Looking forward to catching your updates too 😀
@benthompson @KateMfD @CL_Moore An example of RSS, openness and features in podcasting (particularly for tech) 😀
@benthompson A great development! I echo your sentiment about show notes and chapters… too often, when talking to people who know about podcasts and love them but don’t follow news, I mention such features and they say, ‘What are you talking about?’. A missed opportunity for many!
@podcaststudies Thanks for having me along for my first Zoom meet-up with the group today. 👨🏽💻 It was fascinating to hear what everyone is up to and how people approach podcasting from such different perspectives and backgrounds!
From one Mac mini to another (which looks the same!)—yay #AppleM1! To hear about this great, new computer, along with @andrewcanion’s 5000 picks for Media Corner and why Jason always drinks multiple beverages at once, listen to our latest episode of #HemisphericViews today. twitter.com/HemisphericPod… t.co/wOA7xX1U4…
@Chundles Good on you!!! Congrats 💯
If you’re ever in Australia, @siracusa, try this flavour. (More at gelatomessina.com/flavours#) #atpfm #pistachio t.co/gtGfeTmo4…
@JamesCridland This should be a fantastic resource! I’m researching podcasts along with media ecology, so I’m definitely looking forward to listening to this.
If you’ve listened to the HVmini episodes in which we grill each other about desk arrangements, have your say here… 🤔🖥 #HemisphericViews #podcast #Mac twitter.com/HemisphericPod…
@KateMfD Thanks for sharing this!
@justseeby Oh wow! Yes Bunnings has a massive cultural hold in Australia, also helped by its local charity involvement with sausage sizzles (Australian for standing barbecue) and connection with tradies (tradespeople).
@justseeby Bunnings Warehouse is a juggernaut in Australia—unstoppable. Other companies shrivel and die in their attempts to challenge it. Also yes, metric gives it away, haha.
@justseeby Absolutely no idea! I’m from Australia though, so not sure if it’s an American thing or not… 🙂
