@sytaffel Thanks very much!
@sytaffel <a href=“https://twitter.com/BiellaColeman" title=“Gabriella “Biella” Coleman”>@BiellaColeman Great presentation… I love the point that you share about ‘raw data’ being an oxymoron… deliberate mystification, for sure.
@KathySharpe3 @sharped @InsidersABC Iâve often wondered the same thing! Perhaps theyâre like those fake dishes that seem to be levitating in Chinese restaurant windowsâcreative, life-like decorations to give the impression of coffee.
If thereâs one thing that the world needs right now, itâs more white men speaking about digital technology on podcasts! đ It was great to have @andrewcanion and Jason Burk (burk on @microdotblog) on the show! twitter.com/LoungeRuminatoâŚ

@andrewcanion @ditheringfm Keen to know what you think of it! I really enjoy the fact that the episodes are quite short.
I share some thoughts on the perceived authority of print and also the definition of ‘computer’ in 2020âinspired by recent episodes of @ditheringfm, to which you should definitely subscribe. twitter.com/LoungeRuminatoâŚ
Rainbow lorikeets are some of the most beautiful birdsâso vibrant and cheeky! This one was more than happy to receive and devour a piece of apple. đ t.co/5P2KL3Tay…
@sharped Impressive and disturbing…
@KateMfD @readywriting @CL_Moore @OutramDanielle @madslouise98 Yes Twitter is more fun and natural than LinkedIn, where I spend much of my working life. #collaboration #thoughtleadership #verticalintegration #manylearningsok
@KateMfD @CL_Moore @OutramDanielle @madslouise98 I agree that Discord is a nice place generally, as I use it to chat with other Relay FM podcast network members. The nicest place that Iâve seen though is Micro.blog. Imagine a combination of Wordpress and Twitter that charges a fee.
@KateMfD @CL_Moore @OutramDanielle @madslouise98 Oh OK! Thatâs interesting. I suppose on my end I see a lot of confusion between possibilities such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc. and projects get split up all over the place.
@KateMfD @CL_Moore @OutramDanielle @madslouise98 Twitter, for all of its faults as a cesspool, ends up feeling like more of a âcommunityâ (cringe) because people you know and like are actually here.
@KateMfD @CL_Moore @OutramDanielle @madslouise98 When I say I choose Slack, itâs simply out of an unfortunate necessity to choose one for work (I donât really want to use it Chris, haha). Also Kate, I agree about ownership; I also have concerns about the way that work has stuff saved all over the place.
@CL_Moore @OutramDanielle @KateMfD @madslouise98 True… letâs go for variety without stress! đ If I had to choose a combination it would be iMessage + FaceTime for everyday messaging and calling then Slack for work (even though itâs unfortunately an Electron app). That would be it.
@KateMfD @OutramDanielle @madslouise98 Files also end up being saved everywhere. It drives me nuts. As Neil Postman said, âinformational garbageâ…
@OutramDanielle Yep, consistency is key!
@KateMfD @CL_Moore @madslouise98 @OutramDanielle Great pointâwe donât really need them.
@KateMfD @CL_Moore @madslouise98 @OutramDanielle If you had to choose one tool above all others and lose the rest… what would it be?
@jsnell Maybe worth revisiting! Itâs somewhere between hilarious and cringeworthy… đ (Also as a side note, love what youâre doing with 20 Macs.)
@jsnell How do you feel about his film âTop Secretâ?
@endlessnoodling I think that youâre right… I see that sort of stuff too. A lot of established systems! I suppose that Apple has always had more of a rip-off-the-bandaid approach.
