@tedmitew @ElenaTheNerd Yep, that’s the one! šŸ˜€ I particularly enjoyed the question of time that it introduced. In the first film, Morpheus states that they don’t really know what year it is. If Neo is one of many versions, then their appreciation of history and their place in it is way off.

@tedmitew @ElenaTheNerd I know that a lot of people disliked the scene in Reloaded that you’re subtly referring to, Ted, however I quite liked it. I enjoyed that whole element of machine control and pulling the strings behind the scenes.

@jasmynconnell @tahl_g The party scene is in Reloaded. :) You also get the full view of Neo’s and Trinity’s spinal plugs, haha.

@CallumHarvs @ChrisComerford3 @jasmynconnell Yes, he slowly consumes more Matrix inhabitants. There’s a reason that Neo fights only one Smith in that movie, but I don’t wish to spoil it for you.

@endlessnoodling Which character/coffee did you relate to the most?

30 Apr 2020

@jack_ridoutt The Sydney aesthetic makes the film. I really enjoyed the sequels but the generic ‘megacity’ look that they went for lost some of that noir vibe, which made the first one so punchy and memorable.

@CL_Moore Loving that you’re doing this film now… I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve seen it. Also big yes to the point about cubicle slaves!

@hotdogsladies This is one of the funniest tweets that I have ever read… also yes, it is a bit weird.

@JasonMendeloff Have you considered @NetNewsWire? šŸ˜€

@Chundles No one else can balance such a healthy mix of explicit vulgarity and subtle British awkwardness. He’s just great at what he does and the rest of the cast is excellent too. There are good American comedies but with respect, no American could ever produce this.

#AfterLife2 absolutely kills it. @rickygervais is a—no wait, the—master of comedy and I’ve never seen another show that oscillates so well between making you feel like laughing and crying. It’s easily as good as the first season. twitter.com/rickygervais/s…

I’ve always been a #Mac guy but spend about half of my time with #iPadOS now; I love switching, depending on the task and my mood. To me, @imyke’s set-up (below), @gruber’s (is.gd/RHRDlR) and @jsnell’s (is.gd/0nMQuP) all sum up this flexibility perfectly. twitter.com/imyke/status/1…

@loving1975_ Thanks for mentioning the app too, I may check have to check it out.

25 Apr 2020

@loving1975_ I’m glad that it helps you! Like I said in the episode, I was impressed by the technology and features of the app that I tried but didn’t find myself going back to check data that much. I may always have another go at it. šŸ™‚

25 Apr 2020

@loving1975_ Thanks for listening! šŸ™‚ I agree that having an actual number can be helpful; I like it in terms of workouts, for sure. (It tends to depend for me about what I pay attention to.) Which device do you use and what have you gotten out of sleep-tracking in particular?

@SBS Hi there! šŸ™‚ Now that Freeview no longer exists on Apple TV, how do we watch your live TV stream through the @SBSOnDemand app if we don’t have a TV aerial? Thanks!

@dariodoubleL Hmmmm… in all seriousness, a great book!!! It has been exceptionally helpful in my research.

@maddiepalmer I fear that it will come back quickly but I hope that it goes away. I’m a white man and it makes me uncomfortable! Questions of firmness, hygiene, whether you shake someone’s hand when they’re already an acquaintance or friend… it’s a silly custom.
