@mgns Haha stimmt!

20 Apr 2020

@ulliverti @siracusa @gruber I’m glad that you evidently agree, Oliver. I love design subtleties like this! 😀

@deptofbioregion @amongthestones ‘Straight lines’ is a good way to put it!

19 Apr 2020

@amongthestones I like the bioregion idea. I’ve thought about what Australia would be like if it were to do that, as a big land mass with a fraction of the US population. Aboriginal Australian peoples lived for thousands of years in approximately 800 language groups and nations on the continent.

19 Apr 2020

@amongthestones If you had to design a best-case scenario for a hypothetical break-up of the US, what would it look like and what names would you give to the new resulting nations?

19 Apr 2020

@nicolasmagand @9to5mac Thank you for agreeing! 😀

Is it just me or does the arrangement of the new #MacPro wheels (in their box) look like a reference to the place-of-interest symbol on the Mac’s Command key? [Gallery: Hands-on images showcase Apple’s $700 Mac Pro Wheels Kit] @9to5Mac 9to5mac.com/2020/04/18/app…

@siracusa Having used SwitchGlass for a little while, I now understand and appreciate your whole philosophy of leaving application windows where they are for familiarity and accessibility. Although I didn’t do too much of it before, moving them seems barbaric now.

18 Apr 2020

@_gabytron Great! You already thought of all of this, obviously. 😀

18 Apr 2020

@_gabytron Do it! Would you export your content then import it into Micro.blog?

18 Apr 2020

@Chundles Hahaha good one!

On the way to super-fun, socially-distanced grocery shopping, I spotted this. I’m not sure if I’m missing something that’s deliberate about the design here but the layout and kerning are really frustrating me. t.co/M8dWP9xZV…

@TimBiggs Great analysis of the new iPhone SE… it’s nice to see someone with balance and consideration in the tech-journalism sphere! (Things do get too tribal.) The new model certainly addresses the need for a more affordable iPhone option, with a nice chip upgrade.

@ljpuk @AndyNicolaides Classic anti-fan behaviour, don’t let it get to you.

11 Apr 2020

@lorenafarreras Love this! A crack-up!

@AndyNicolaides Great article! Very thorough

@endlessnoodling Hahahaha you’re not wrong about that! She is an exceptionally tolerant person.

09 Apr 2020

@JasonMendeloff Thank you! The backlighting itself is convenient but the extra colour makes it interesting.

09 Apr 2020

@jasmynconnell Unfortunately not on Netflix or Stan, as far as I can see… go for the crisp iTunes rental version!

09 Apr 2020

@jasmynconnell Make sure that you watch 2049 after this.

09 Apr 2020

@CL_Moore I watched a retro re-screening at Hoyts and it was one of the happiest nights of my life, haha. Great to see it on the big screen…
