I wish that I’d come up with this joke. twitter.com/jsnell/status/…

@KateMfD Grading is one of those funny things… to me, people who are graded well love the idea of it and those who struggle may just continue to feel crushed by it. It could be encouraging to some but certainly not everyone.

@msmaddiep Eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl! Deutsche Fernsehprogramme sind immer die besten. 😀

@ljpuk I’d love to. :)

I would love to see these improvements proposed by @jsnell but also scheduled messaging—thank you, @natashakandilas—and #Markdown support for formatting in a richer Messages experience. twitter.com/bleedsixcolors…

It’s disappointing to me that people regard Indigenous Australian recognition in the Constitution and the creation of a treaty as a ‘racial issue’. It’s not about race at all; it’s about acknowledging the destruction of myriad cultures and nations and now working together. #qanda

@ismh Absolutely love this

@endlessnoodling @KateMfD Also ‘streamlining’ and ‘restructuring’ haha

@KateMfD Strategy? Synergy? Vertical integration? Collaboration? Measurable?

@Chundles 100% agree with everything that you just said. :) I remember when they first arrived in the shop—I was amazed.

@Chundles I suppose that iPad Pro has assumed its role as the super-portable machine.

@KateMfD Hi! I was listening to a recent episode of @_upgradefm on @_RelayFM and they had an interesting discussion about the state of podcasting. There were many good bits but here’s an interesting excerpt. 🙂 t.co/NHP45jf9c…

@KateMfD @sharped @GivernyW A fascinating idea: ‘The canvas becomes a third presence in the room, diffusing the direct interviewer/interviewee relationship and creating a more comfortable environment for ideas to emerge.’ Keen to see how it develops!

@themillsap @hotdogsladies @siracusa Fascinating… thanks for the link! Jell-O salad sounds very amusing to my Australian ears.

@hotdogsladies @siracusa What is going on here…?!

@siracusa @atpfm One of the best parts: ‘With so few limitations on his power and skills, the spark that animates his creative philosophy has been allowed to burn so brightly that it has overwhelmed everything else.’

@siracusa @atpfm A fantastic piece, John. Your point about Jony’s emphasis on what is essential and inevitable is great. I also agree with your mention of how he receives credit for work by the team. I expanded on this fixation with his role and would love your thoughts: is.gd/xiDhR4

@KateMfD @Twitterrific @TwoPaddocks Oh right, that’s how it started! Ahhh… algorithms… well, I suppose that ‘Jurassic Park’ and ‘The Matrix’ are basically the same movie with exactly the same actors.

05 Jul 2019

@KateMfD I know your general view on algorithms but do you enjoy any of the results that they offer in your feeds? It’s a big part of my usage of an app like @Twitterrific; I want to see things according to what I followed specifically and in chronological order.
